Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), allowed leave of appeal to review the evidence to determine whether the trial court justified the intervention of the High Court in reviewing the proceedings. Was or was not, and according to the instructions filed in 1992, proceedings were also stopped in SCMR 96, SCMR 489 in 1992 and SCMR 305 trial court in 1992.
