Section 2?2 / 34 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), allowed leave of appeal to evaluate the evidence of proper and safe administration of justice in the light of the argument observed in the High Court. The refusal of eyewitnesses was based on decisions that had no valid reason, and that the witness was the son-in-law of the deceased who had no enmity with either party.
