Arts 212 (3) and 199 Civil Service Transfer Jurisdiction Transfer orders of a public servant may not be challenged before the High Court in the constitutional petition pursuant to Article 212 of the Constitution under which no matter I fall under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court or No other tribunal could have stayed the order, passed an order, or took any action in connection with the same High Court, therefore, there was no jurisdiction to hear the constitutional petition against the transfer of a public servant.
