BAMBOAT & CO. versus MESSRS G.B. CONSTRUCTRION CO.
In the payment of the tenants, the rent controlling officer shall submit to the tenant premises ordinance 1979 section 10, 15 (2) (ii) and 18 of the rent with the controlling officer in default so that they can pay rent in a different case. The deposit was made when the tenant could submit the rent of the house to the rent controller in the miscellaneous case only when the landlord refused to accept the rent or refused to submit the rent to the rent controller in the area. The tenant should have sent the landlord to the landlord after personally tendering the landlord, in which case the tenant failed to pay the rent to the landlord either personally or through a postal money order. Just collecting rent will not be equivalent to compliance with section 15. (2) (ii) Ordinance, 1979
