Appeals were filed by the appellate authorities against the order of the Electric Inspector of Sections 35 and 36 of the Electricity Act, 1910, before the advisory board was issued before the advisory board notification was issued by the government. , Was dealt with by the Advisory Board to consider appeal cases. At the time of the appeal hearing, neither the members nor the other members of the board were present nor participated in the decision at any stage, whereas according to the procedure, the appeal hearing should be made by the chairman in the presence of all the members. In the absence of any of the members of the Board, there was a refusal to hold a fair hearing so that the appellant's serious prejudice due to the absence of a member of the Board, presented by the Chairman to only one member. The decision cannot be considered unanimously about the relevant notification proceedings before the advisory board is quorum. Under the circumstances, injustice was declared illegal
