FARIS RAHMAN KHAN versus FEDERATION OF PAKISTAN
The government employee was recommended for promotion in the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 212 (3) NP Section 20, but his case was returned for review by the government employee after several years and finally NP section 20. I was promoted when a civil servant claimed seniority from that date. First, the Public Promotion was recommended by the service tribunal because the employee was allowed to appeal after a time restriction, regardless of whether the employee was discriminated against or not. Subsequently, the Central Selection Board approved the development of NP section 20. The prescribed date and the competent authority (President) did not agree with this proposal; from that date it will be effectively promoted on the day the other officers approved for development were promoted at the meeting.
