GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB versus MUHAMMAD SALEEM

The High Court's discretionary exercise in denying the delay by the High Court is not open to any exceptions before the delay in filing appeals has not been specified by the petitioners for the delayed concession and It properly dismissed the appeal. In the circumstances, the appeal against the High Court order was rejected by the Supreme Court
