Article 25A & 2 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 (xxviii) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Termination of Services The Labor Court found the termination of services on a legitimate basis, however, the Labor Appellate Tribunal, however, ordered the termination of employment. The tribunal had given the evidence based on credible evidence and it was affirmed by the High Court. There was no guarantee of interference with any type of impairment, Supreme Court denied leave to appeal.
