CANTONEMENT BOAR versus MUHAMMAD SHARIF
The Code of Civil Procedure 1908 Section 14 and Article 156 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), the boundaries of section 100 Second Appeal, once it has begun, do not preclude prosecution on the request of the District Judge for review and costs. Cannot be excluded under specified time. The time taken to obtain a copy of the order passed in the 14th Amendment of the Limitation Act, 1908, could not be excluded and the decision and order of the District Judge's discretion by the High Court for the delay in filing the appeal. The appeal could not be excluded by presenting an appeal to the High Court. Therefore, contrary to the legality and wrongful reading of the record was the result of which the High Court rightly interfered with the intra-court appeal.
