Article 42 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Delegation of Powers Effect Petitioner, Senior Vice President of the Bank, was charged with using objectionable language in response to the memorandum issued by him and An inquiry committee was formed to investigate the charges against them.
