The Federal Education Fees imposed under Section 15 of the Federal Education Fees Act, 1992, were challenged on the basis that the law of 347S15 was declared in view of the High Court decision in PLD 1994. For which the disputed fee was charged. No such fee can be charged for the utmost disregard of the Constitution of Pakistan, even if the Government intends to file an appeal against the High Court decision, as long as the execution of such decision is sustained, It had to be followed up that the announcement of the imposition of the fee was illegal under the circumstances
