Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 2 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 205, 199 and Fifth Schedule Regulations and Concessions, which are acceptable to a retired High Court Judge who served for less than five years. The Superior Courts Order's Pensions of Judges, 1993 clearly indicates that the benefits derived from this order will not be limited to a judge who has served five years as a judge, but to every other judge. Who also retired before completing his job. In Article 2 (2) of the said order, reference to every other judge of the High Court shall be referred to by a judge other than the Chief Justice of the High Court Judge who shall complete five years of his employment in the High Court. He had just retired. For which such benefits were considered under Article 2 (2), the order of the High Courts was denied the pension of the judges of 1993, thus entitling them to benefits which were related to the pension and other judges related to retirement.
