As the Revenue Record was with the provincial government (the defendant was in negative possession) the suit could not be issued. Such competence was not based on merit. All the courts have found that the defendant has no question of the land in question. No title and possession of it was illegal No material was brought to the record on the basis of which a negative possession request can be successful Nothing was brought on record to indicate that the plaintiff's knowledge The plaintiff of which date or year has claimed that the provincial government does not have the ability to seize anyone's property by limiting its citizenship The leave to appeal the injunction was denied in the circumstances
