The Pakistan Penal Code Section 409 Anti-Corruption Act (1I of 1947), Section 5 (2), the trial court acquitted the accused on seeking sanction of prosecution on 25-5 1989 but was subsequently reported in the Federal as per PLD 1989. The Shariah court relied on the decision. FSC-84 said the trial court had directed the trial court to proceed with the prosecution's hearing, saying it was not necessary to approve the lawsuit in relation to a public servant since 1990. Was acquitted in 1989, when litigation against the accused was granted. Necessary and it cannot rely on a law that came into existence in 1990 and cannot remember the verdict of acquittal and decide not to proceed with the trial court.
