Airport Security Force Act 1975 Section 11 [as amended by the Airport Security Force (Amendment) Ordinance (XXXV of 1984)] Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) employees were dismissed on the ground that their services No longer are the department appeals against the order of the required employees dismissed. The matter was remanded to the authority for a fresh decision by the service tribunal. The employer's request was that the employee was not a civil servant, so the service tribunal had no jurisdiction in the matter. Section 11, the Airport Security Force Act, 1975, amended by Act XXXV of 1984, whereby such employees were deemed to be civil servants, the airport security force employee as a civil servant, approved by the Service Tribunal. The order was denied on appeal leave.
