The dismissal of the Pakistan Penal Code Section 188 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Sections 195 (1) (a) and 561A cannot take notice of the matter under Section 188, PPC unless the District Magistrate or No person has filed for it. While filing a complaint by the police, it was illegal to admit it by the magistrate, pending proceedings against the accused in the magistrate's court were terminated accordingly.
