MUHAMMAD SHARIF versus SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER (LAND)
Articles 10 and 11 of Pakistan (1973) of the Homeless Persons (Land Settlement) Act, 1973 (Article 199), repealing the legitimate allotment of allotment in favor of the applicants, were finalized before 27 2 1965, in Muhammad Mahboob Shah. According to the principle laid down by the Supreme Court case (1991 SCMR 1426), the orders to cancel it were illegal and without any legal authority.
