In the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), section 42 of the custom requirement stipulates that the specific column of succession states that after the widow's death or remarriage property is terminated, Underground, will transform into a male. The Revenue Officer approved the evidence regarding the deceased landlord's affiliations and said that no such case of mutation was mentioned as there was no restriction on the condition of the mutation. It did not appear that the question was marked by any competent officer entry, apparently after it was joined by the interlocutor and there was no prohibition behind it, therefore, it was unauthorized and under no circumstances.
