Karachi Development Authority Order 1957 Article 4 Land Allotment Respondent's cancellation plot was allotted, but since the Authority failed to implement its allotment, alternative plot respondents were allotted in the same area, the last mentioned. The plot was under encroachment, the authority again failed, several attempts were made by the respondents / allies for the last 27 years to provide possession of the plot to the respondents, but the evidence of the record did not affect the High Court. That another plot was found in the same area. Was available which can be allotted to respondents in lieu of plots which were allotted to the Allies earlier but were not handed over to the respondents. The High Court Commissioner appointed Commissioner to transfer such plot to the respondents. There was a decree and it could not happen. High Court of Appeal Interfered
