This question was whether the property was religious, religious or not, in any educational sense or linked to any form of trust, to show the nature of the trust, or to prove the fact that the property was acquired. Was being applied to charitable, religious. Or for educational purposes, the chairman of the board had an arbitrary order restraining the property as property of the evacuation trust, with no evidence to the contrary.
