FAKHAR BEHZAD versus STATE
The Assistant Inspector of Police, in Sections 3 and 4 of the contempt of court Act 1976, was in the final stages of his employment for more than 30 years and was present in the court for contempt of court for almost four years, exempted by the sub-inspector. The unforgivable amnesty was especially accepted in cases where a daily diary of a police post was presented with a humiliating report against the magistrate, before the Assistant Sub Inspector and Head Constable, the other two contenders, had waived it. ? Everything they did was under the inspector's notice which was issued against the claimants and accordingly they were discharged.
