Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance 1979 Section 12 Appeal against High Court Decision and Order In which the Special Banking Court High Court directed the petitioner (decision-maker) to deposit the High Court Directorate money in cash. Before the appeal can be admitted to the hearing. That the High Court is arbitrary (under section 12 (5), Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance, 1979) demands the applicants to provide security instead of depositing illegal money. Applicants deposited money in cash deposits were without merit, applicants submitted two properties by way of security, one was the subject of litigation in the same court. While the interest of the applicant in the other property is less than the declared amount, the High Court acted in accordance with the law while directing the deposit of cash in cash and its order did not face any legal weakness. ?
