Withholding salaries A government employee, who was appointed to the post of school teacher against vacancy, continued to work after leaving the job, continuing to work contrary to the rules and regulations regarding employment. The challenged public servant challenged the petitioner's withholding of salary by filing a constitutional petition before the High Court in the form of a certificate to remove the directive without seeking justice from the relevant applications, which would otherwise have been premature.
