AFZAL BAIG versus SECRETARY, ESTABLISHMENT DIVISION, GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN, ISLAMABAD

Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 4 (1), Provo (B) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) appealed to government employees when the first appeal was filed after timely filing of the departmental appeal to public servants. The service tribunal was required to do so within 120 days but after the due period, it filed the same and there was no good consolation delay before the service tribunal made the section 4 (1), Service Tribunals Act. Also influenced by Prodiso (B) of 1973. For this, the decision on the question of commitment to promotion was not indicated in the case of negligence or legal error, nor was there any question of public importance, the leave of appeal was denied in the circumstances.
