FAZAL DAD versus MEMBER (COLONIES), BOARD OF REVENUE, LAHORE
Sections 7 and 8 of the West Pakistan Board of Revenue Act 1957 were challenged in an appeal before the Additional Commissioner regarding Islamabad Outsheets and then before the Board of Revenue, which was rejected and so on. The orders were finalized and the dispute over the rights of the Allottee was concluded. The land, the Board of Revenue, cannot interfere in the matter by passing an order from the administration with the approval of the Minister, upon request by the unlawful occupier of the allotted land in Islamabad. There was no jurisdiction.
