MUHAMMAD MUMTAZ-UL-ISLAM versus ADDITIONAL SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER (LAND)/CHIEF SETTLEMENT COMMISSIONER, PUNJAB
Allotment was made separately by the Authority in the name of the claimants (respondents) of the claimant's death in Section 10 and December 11, 1947 of the Displaced Persons (Land Settlement) Act, 1958. The claim was no more than a claim. Applicants filed by the authority during the first round of litigation were unable to file a second informant application for the same action and no justification could be made, which could reopen the matter, respondents underground. The question has been settled permanently, no matter how different allotments were made in 1947 in favor of the heirs of the deceased claimant, this was correct and in accordance with the law
