Section 8B [as amended by the Political Parties (Amendment) Ordinance (XXX of 1993)] Member Provinces under the Law in Evidence (10 of 1984), Article 2 (4) Section 8B, Political Parties Act, 1962 The accusation of refusing assembly proceedings, being of a criminal nature, will not be considered defective until the evidence proves that they have actually defamed the standard for a situation The Electoral Representative will be required to be disqualified on the charge of disqualification. The applicants could not go beyond any reasonable doubt that the members were removed from their political party, the members did not disqualify from being a member of the Provincial Assembly.
