MUHAMMAD IRFAN FAISAL versus BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION, LAHORE
Under the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (Lahore) Examination Rules R12 Board of Intermediate and Secondary Examinations Regulations, CHAP III Regln 2 (2) was granted a concessionary privilege grant to the candidates in the Secondary School Examinations. Applicants / candidates were denied by the Board on the basis that in accordance with Rule 12, privileged marks were available before the commencement of the examination, which was canceled / canceled, although only a few days before the commencement of the examination. The notification to delete Rule 12 was issued, but candidates were already present to submit their admission form for the exam. Cancellation / deletion of Rule 12 will not affect the candidate's affairs. Deleting notification roll 12 will have potential implications and frustration will be detrimental to candidates' refusal to grant them privileges as it equates to losing them. Earlier, the precious rights were accumulated and thus denied, hence the extent of discrimination and frustration among the candidates and thus would violate Regulation 2 (2), Chapter III of the Board Regulation.
