Section 4 (1973) of the Constitution of Pakistan, Arts 199 and 212 Pro Pharma Promotion Challenges the Constitutional Petition to Compliance Pro Pharma Promotion given to Government Employees Constitutional Petition before the High Court relating to the eligibility of a public servant or any other matter. The public servant was opposed by entering. In view of the publicity being promoted, the service tribunal came under special jurisdiction and the High Court had no jurisdiction to uphold the constitutional petition in this case; the High Court issued a writ against the professional promotion of public servants.
