The Government of the Commodities Act, 1930, section 55 imposed a 23% cut in the price after buying the rice from the claimant. Provided that the Government's decision had a negative effect on him, he was entitled to take notice of the hearing before the implementation of the reduction in the prices of the goods supplied by him, the decisions of the courts were below that of the cost of the goods. I deduct the case without giving notice to the claimant or his chances are being confirmed. The hearing was not correct, no unlawful interference was sought to interfere
