Canceled because of infringement. The applicants had purchased the land under question, when it entered the tax records in the name of its transfer, then the allotment in favor of the allotment was found to be illegal and ineffective. Was approved under legitimate use. No one can be declared approved without legal authority by the Border Area Committee
