The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 419, 468, 469 and 463 did not contain evidence that the accused had made allegations of entering into a fake marriage contract or none of them had disclosed his entry in the record. The accused had become a witness to the marriage or was impeached as another person, therefore, it is not proved that the crime committed by the central partner was somehow exonerated.
