According to the Pakistan Rehabilitation Ordinance 1948 section 16, the jurisdictional concern that was jointly owned by Muslim and non-Muslim was in the exclusive jurisdiction of the deputy commissioner of custodians to limit the exclusion of such businesses. The only concern was to distribute the assets. The Custodian Order, passed by the Deputy Rehabilitation Commissioner for the distribution of immovable property, was exempt from attack on the Civil Court under the Decision of Section 16, Pakistan Rehabilitation Ordinance, 1948, and under the Civil Court's order on the acquisition and removal of shares.
