Immigration Ordinance 1979 Sections 17 and 22 were found guilty of defining evidence that the defendants' prosecution of the retrieval of articles found to be guilty proved to be a false witness. Had no ulterior motive or made any allegation in his defense, nor did he make any statement under section 340 (2), CCP, which made a very strong assumption against him. It was raised that he was not falsely involved in the case and that the sentence imposed by the trial court was upheld.
