Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 16 (1) (2) and 21 West Pakistan Citizens Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI 1959), section 15 governing the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 under the ban on violation of tenant rehabilitation orders. Order orders that remain far from the tenant's defense. Under section 16 (2) of the Sindh Rated Premises Ordinance 1979, which closes the whole matter, cannot be interpreted in the interim order. Temporarily against the order of the rent controller who refuses to take defense action for non-compliance with the order for payment of temporary rent.
