Land displacement (Land Settlement) Act, 1958 Section 10 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Allotment of land under the exercise of the Constitutional Jurisdiction Court was granted the right to allotment of the following disputed units, in the order of which there was no legal wrongdoing. In the presence of the court under which the allottee was entitled to allotment of the said units, such order cannot be interfered with in the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court.
