West Pakistan Tehsildar and Deputy Tehsildar Service Rules 1962 R 8 The appointment of a person as acting Tehsildar was subject to the rules that he passed the departmental examination provided under the rules and till he did not pass the test. Until that happened, he could not claim a permanent appointment. Contrary to the post of Tehsildar services of such persons, on the 30th 1973, when they could qualify for the departmental examination or even pass the stipulated period for training under the Regulations, this person was never placed in the post of Tehsildar. And he was still a trained candidate. When his services were transferred from the post of detainee to the post of tehsildar, he was transferred to the Tehsildar on 29 29 1975 and was thus treated with the inclusion of the Tehsildar cadre.
