MEHRAJ DIN versus SIRAJ DIN
Civil Procedure Code Order XX of the CPC Decree and RXX, R18 and 5 115 preliminary decree for the distribution of property were issued in which the rights of the parties interested in the property were not determined. The parties agreed to the agreement after it was passed, but both sides withdrew from such agreement and submitted petitions to the court to pass the final order. The trial court had the opportunity of leading evidence in support of the parties' respective disputes. Passed the final decree without providing, final orders and controversial questions about the law. The trial court raised the question of approving the final decree, therefore, adopted a procedure that was not upheld by the law and exercised jurisdiction illegally and by the trial court. In addition to the material misconduct decision presented, the appellate court's affirmative judgment was faced. Weakness is not based on halal material judgment and judgment. Set aside the following court cases as directed by the parties to decide the matters arising out of the respective disputes raised in their petitions in connection with the approval of the final order.
