West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Sections 36 and 37 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), granting the ownership rights to the hereditary lumberman appeal jurisdiction, pending the appointment of the grandson of his grandson, proceedings were pending. Within the stipulated time the proprietary rights reached the Appellate Court below on the basis of the material available under record on the results, the second appeal cannot be interfered with by the High Court, especially when there is neither a false statement nor Reading of the material piece of evidence was identified.
