PROVINCE OF PUNJAB versus MUHAMMAD SHARI
West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 Sections 36 and 37 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), granting the ownership rights to the hereditary lumberman appeal jurisdiction, pending the appointment of the grandson of his grandson, proceedings were pending. The proceedings, the grandson of the deceased limber holder, granted a request in which the time for the sale of the property rights was requested to be submitted until the decision of appointment to the lower limber appellate court on the basis of the evidence according to the record. It was concluded that the selection of the grandson of the deceased lumberman is sufficient to substantiate the sale. Within the stipulated time the proprietary rights reached the Appellate Court below on the basis of the material available under record on the results, the second appeal cannot be interfered with by the High Court, especially when there is neither a false statement nor Reading of the material piece of evidence was identified.
