Section 3A (2) (b) appeals to the Chairman, Service Tribunal, due to differences of opinion of two members of the tribunal, both members accepted appeals on different grounds. While the Chairman rejects all appeals, the decision of the Service Tribunal shall be in accordance with the opinion of the Chairman in accordance with Section 3A (2), Provois (B), Service Tribunals Act 1973.
