MUHAMMAD AFZAL SHAH versus MAZHAR HUSSAIN SHAH
Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) appealed against the acquittal, expressing its views on the acquittal of the accused and some evidence in support of it. Which no one could disagree with. The reason for this and even if it were merely a matter of disagreement, the decision of Briat could not be decided in this case. The High Court's view was unthinkable, there was no justification for intervention, which is why the appeal against the accused's motive was dismissed.
