AKBAR KHAN versus ABDULLAH KHAN
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 (5) of the Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI of 1979), Section 17 (3) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 342/347. The allegations were legally upheld by the FIR's kidnappers and police officers, who apparently had no rivalry or riot against the accused, and a serious crime prevented the suspect from granting bail grounds. The accused was present before the High Court to release the accused. No justifiable result of a bail can be guaranteed that reasonable grounds exist to believe that the accused did not commit the crime with which he was charged or prosecuted. Further inquiry was held that the bail was canceled by the High Court.
