ZAHID HUSSAIN DAR versus AHMAD SHAUKAT DAR

Section 5, 14 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Rehabilitation Quantum Appellate Court reverses the reimbursement rate paid by the father to his sons without considering the monthly income of the father. The lower court had made a conclusive decision and, without considering the evidence on record, the appellate court under the slip style was not allowed under the judgment, judgment and order under the law, saying that the appellate court was in constitutional jurisdiction.
