According to the Criminal Code (CCPC) Section 154 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Police Report, the registration of the FIR applicant was neither referred to Section H nor to the applicant in the case for legal action. The request was received at the police station. It was directed to refer to Section H, so that Section H could be further instructed to file a written case if an unrecognizable offense was commissioned and prosecuted according to law.
