Sections 46 (b) and 157 Pay Scale Grants, which were assigned to the employees of Hakim in B Section 5, submitted a petition to the District Council for approval of salaries in BS 15, as it was approved by the Government. Eligible officials had the authority to propose a pay scale BS 15 and direct the council's council meeting in relation to the increase in costs, no evidence was supported and to prove the council's current financial status. Nothing was kept off the record. In BS 15, the employee was not allowed to pay salary for which he was entitled to refuse to give the required grade to the employee; it was illegal, unfair and unfair to execute the CL Government directive and to the employees. BS 15 was obliged to allow salaries for: it declared the government's refusal to comply with the directive illegal, and the council was instructed to implement it without further delay. Please.
