The joint holding of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), is in favor of the applicants when the process of division of their common shares between the parties is long pending and at its final stage. It was held that the applicants cannot be entertained in the process of division of their objections to their implementation as a party, nor can they claim to own any particular measles.
