Should be relied upon by the courts so that the applicant cannot be temporarily refused the bank's guarantees, nor can he be subject to the money advanced on the appellant. Neither is considered illogical, nor is the non-deferred respondent rightly guaranteed to the extent of the balance in which the provisional injunction was properly denied to prevent bank bailouts. ?
