Subsequent review of alternatives was available to the respondents, which did not benefit the respondent from the High Court for judicial review of the orders of the settlement authorities after 14 years of silence and non-interference in pursuing the case. Had a clear grip on it. Interference with the transfer of property to the High Court of Appeal was invalid. The High Court decision was set aside and the orders of the appellate transfer authorities were restored.
