MUHAMMAD YOUSAF versus MUHAMMAD RASHID AHMAD
The revision of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 section 164, was against the order passed by the Commissioner under which he upheld the Collector's order under which the Tehsildar was held in joint possession of the Tehsildar for a period of three years. A manager was appointed under which the applicant filed an appeal against the collector's order. Along with the commissioner's order, the petitioner's petition against his order was also banned and the applicants failed to state the reason for such delay as the application for review of the period filed by the applicant was terminated. After that, the manager's appointment could not go ahead and he was responsible. Rejected for being notorious along the border
