Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Section 24 Local Council (Election) Rules 1987, R40 (4) Election Petition in which the applicant was declared elected for the maximum number of votes, on the basis that he was completely ousted. It was declared that the presiding officer was not signed by some of the parties. The parties agreed that the votes were declared invalid, either by the presiding officer or by signing public stamps. This is invalid and the selection could not be completely invalidated on this basis.
